Order and Returns Information

We’re really quick at getting your order ready for you – once you click to confirm your order we aim to have it processed and manufactured swiftly. This means we’re not able to make any changes to it, including items, colours and sizes or removing anything from your order.

You can still cancel or amend your order 24 hours after placing it.

All amendments or cancellations will need to be received in writing within the 24 hour period.

Unfortunately, as the product is bespoke to your requirements we cannot accept returns.

If however, the product is faulty or manufactured incorrectly to your order we will retrieve the item/s and replace or repair the product as per the original order.

We must be given the opportunity to repair or remake faulty or incorrect items.
